Prices increased further for food & beverages (5.19% vs 5% in December 2024). Meanwhile, price growth slowed for clothing & footwear (4.81% vs 5.13%), home furnishings & maintenance equipment (2.98% vs 3.51%), and miscellaneous goods & services (5.17% vs 5.43%). Additionally, transport costs continued to fall, albeit at a slower pace (-1.26% vs -1.47%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose by 0.15% in January, following a 0.45% increase in the prior month.
