是的。但是经济疲软的数据限制了欧元的涨势，从上周的走势来看，欧元处于区间震荡走势，明显受到欧洲不利经济数据的影响。

为什么从图形上看英镑比欧元走的要好，但就是涨不过欧元呢？

从经济增长来看，英国应好于欧洲，正如你所说，从图形上看英镑比欧元走得要好。但是英镑涨不过欧元，也并不是必然，我觉得非农数据不佳，加强美国QE3预期，结果产生的效应更有利哪一方，则哪一方更强。

Europe faces another testing week, with Dutch voters going to the polls and German's constitutional court set to rule on new powers for the European Stability Mechanism, the euro zone's new bailout fund, both on Wednesday.

Markets are awaiting the Fed's decision at the end of its two-day policy meeting on Thursday and, a day earlier, a German constitutional court ruling on whether Germany may contribute to the euro zone's rescue fund. The ruling is crucial to the ECB's plan to contain the borrowing costs of Spain and Italy. Dutch elections on Wednesday could also affect investors' outlook if voters in the Netherlands elect a government less committed to the euro currency union.

楼主怎么看日元？

日元实在不好看，影响日元的因素比较复杂。我刚找了一下日本的经济数据，二季度年率增长3.2%，通胀率呈负数，经济出现通缩，如此看来，日元比美元强势，再加上近期美国有宽松货币政策预期，使得美日进一步下跌。但是由于日元属于避险货币，在欧债危机得到缓解的情况下，日元又呈现出一定的卖压。所以日元的走势实在难以捉摸。如果想日元能跌的话，就只能靠日本央行实施比美国更宽松的货币政策了。
