We're labeling the 88.81 peak as Minute wave ((i)) and a very shallow wave ((ii)) pullback complete at 87.75. That puts prices in a wave ((iii)) rally and you can see the details of it on the bottom chart. The wave (i) is complete at 89.82 and Monday's push above 89.82 argues the aggressive bullish case that the wave (ii) pullback is complete at 89.03. If correct, this wave (iii) rally should proceed steadily up into the 90.77-92-29 zone and key support at 89.03 will go unchallenged if the aggressive bullish labeling is correct. The trend remains down towards a retest of the recent 1.1870 low. However, with a potential minor five wave pattern having ended at 1.1903, more consolidation (a possible larger second wave correction) may have to be experienced below 1.1970-80 before prices can turn lower again.
