Please note that you will have already received an email inviting you to log onto the Claims Portal. Using the link provided on that email, you will be able to agree or dispute your claim in the Special Administration.
This email was sent to the email address registered with the Company for trading purposes; please therefore ensure that you check this account, as well as any junk email folders and spam filters.
Please also note that the Joint Special Administrators recently released new functionality on the Claims Portal, which will allow clients to:
[list] [*]claim compensation from FSCS and assign your claim to FSCS pursuant to FSCS Payment Terms; and / or [*]have the option of having distributions from the Company or compensation from FSCS (together “Payments or Distributions”) paid directly to an ETX Capital (“ETX”) trading account if you so choose. [/list] You will also be required to confirm bank account details if you have selected to have Payments or Distributions made to an account other than an ETX account.

Please note that it is entirely your choice as to whether or not you wish to open an account with ETX and have your Payments or Distributions paid to this account. If you choose not to, your claims will not be prejudiced in any way.
Please also note that the timeframe of any Payments or Distributions will be the same irrespective of whether you choose to open an ETX account or not. This is simply providing clients with the option to receive Payments or Distributions directly to their ETX account should they have one.
Distribution of Money

The Joint Special Administrators intend to make a first interim distribution from the client money pool to client money claimants with agreed client money entitlements (the “First Client Money Distribution”). The last date for proving in order to receive the First Client Money Distribution will be 31 May 2015 ("Interim Proving Date"). The Joint Special Administrators intend to make the First Client Money Distribution within two months of the Interim Proving Date.

是的。钱可以转到ETX，你把这封信放到在线翻译软件里，如果钱多，我相信你一定可以看懂。如果钱不多，就无所谓了

点击你邮件里的Claims Portal Access，然后用原来的myalpari信息登入，如果忘了密码，就点网页上的forgot password 登入网页后，会提示要确认一堆信息。 如果不打算做交易，最好别把钱放在ETX，前两天有人申请从ETX提款，过了挺久都没处理。
