Dear Client,
We are sending you this email to let you know that we are changing the terms of your Trading Agreement with us. The changes are scheduled to take effect on 24 April 2015("Effective Date") at which point the new agreement will replace your existing agreement. As of the Effective Date, the revised terms will apply to and govern the operation of all of your trading accounts with us, including any and all current and future open positions.
What changes were made to the Trading Agreement?
A copy of the amended Trading Agreement is attached here
for your review. Updates were made to a number of sections of the Trading Agreement. In general, these changes further clarify and/or alter the rights and obligations of all parties to the agreement, modify the terms of FXCM's reimbursement policy, and reflect recent changes to the rules and regulations set by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. To help you better understand what changes have been made to your Trading Agreement, please read our Important Information Document

to fully understand the changes to the terms that will govern your accounts as of the Effective Date; however, we would like to draw your attention to two key changes as they are likely to impact you in the future:
How do I accept the terms of the new Trading Agreement?
No action on your part is necessary in order to adopt these changes; however, please be sure to read the entirety of the revised Trading Agreement
and keep this email for your records as you will be bound by the amended terms as of the Effective Date unless you expressly reject the amended terms by providing written notice to [email protected]
on or before 24 April 2015. All other provisions of your Trading Agreement not described in this email or amended in the attached Trading Agreement
shall continue to apply as modified from time to time.

Negative Balance Policy – We updated our Negative Balance Policy at clause 30.3 of the main body of the terms. Subject to certain exceptions and limitations provided in the revised terms and the specified wording therein, we will waive the first US $50,000 of any negative balance you may incur from time to time (the total debit being determined by aggregating all of your negative balances across all accounts you hold with the FXCM group incurred over a 24 hour period of time) less any amounts waived by other FXCM group entities relating to the same debit balance. You will be responsible for the remainder of any debit balance not waived. The provisions of the revised clause 30.3 will not apply to any negative balances incurred before the Effective Date. | |
Transfer of Client Monies upon Business Transfer – We inserted a new clause 14.1(g) into the main body of the terms providing that in the event that your account is transferred to another company in whole or in part, whether by way of an assignment of the Terms vis a vis clause 39.1 or otherwise, you authorise us to transfer any Client Money relating to the business being transferred to that company or someone nominated by that company to the extent permitted by our agreement with you and the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Client Money Rules, subject to certain requirements listed and the further provisions of the terms. This provision reflects a recent change to the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Client Money Rules and we may rely on this clause if we transfer a part of our business in the future. |
No action on your part is necessary in order to adopt these changes; however, please be sure to read the entirety of the revised Trading Agreement

主要是两点改动 1、对于账户首次出现负值,5万美金以内可以免除债务
