affected by the Visual Trading outage on the afternoon of November 17th, 2004.
We experienced internet service problems, which have since been identified and
repaired. These problems resulted in certain clients experiencing difficulty in
connecting to our platform. We are working hard to prevent any possible
reoccurrences in the future.
If you experienced any problems with open positions, please submit a claim to
CMS’ Dealing Support desk by going to the CMS website [ http://www.cmsfx.com ] and
clicking Support->Submit Claim Form. If you have submitted a dealing claim and
have yet to receive a response, we ask that you please be patient. Claims are
being responded to in the order in which they were received. CMS will do its
best to honor all stop and limit orders, which were placed prior to the service
outage.
Again, we offer our sincerest apologies for any difficulties that you may have
experienced. We are doing our best to prevent similar situations from occurring
in the future. We value every one of our clients and are doing our best to
provide the best trading experience. Thank you for choosing Capital Market

还有,如果你有STOP或者LIMIT单没执行的话可以向他们申诉
如果没有及时得到回答请耐心等待
他们按照接到的申诉顺序进行处理
