Concerns by IMF Strauss-Kahn over strength of the EUR has also helped give the USD bounce pushing USD/JPY higher to 103.37 with the IMF Strauss-Kahn"s comments also matched by concerns from the Spanish Fin Min who states that forex rates should reflect fundamentals and additional comments from EU Juncker that he is increasingly concerned and vigilant on the strong EUR. The strong stance by Eurozone officials clearly show dissatisfaction with USD weakness.
